I haven't done any fishing the last few weeks...simply too much work going on around here and trying to get the kids out of school. I do have a trip planned for the Toccoa in a week so I'm really looking forward to that. We'll be filming the trip and I'll be doing an article on it for Sportsman's News as well. Hopefully I'll get some great footage and we'll get it as one of the features on a Sportsman's News TV DVD series. By the way, these are available in all Sportsman's Warehouse locations throughout the U.S. On a side note....my Wyoming mule deer hunt from last October was featured in the May 2010 edition of the DVD so check it out if you get by a Sportsman's Warehouse.

As a post script to our Cherokee trip - Kim and I went to Troutfest and I had the opportunity to meet one of the truely great fly fisherman in the world. He is a true gentleman and a man I respect greatly. Lefty Kreh.

Spencer I know it was awesome meeting Lefty. He is one of a kind. I am becoming one of your followers so we can keep up with the tailrace at Smith. I will be going to the Caney on Friday and hope to have a report on the trip by the weekend. Let me know when you fish the tailrace agian and I will come and meet you there. Have a great week.
